for 2020 Parade of Homes™Penascola, Fla. – (September 10, 2020) – The 62nd Annual Parade of Homes™, hosted by the Home Builders Association of West Florida, is an exciting event for thousands of attendees who look forward to touring new homes throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. The 2020 Parade of Homes takes place September 12-20 and showcases 36 homes throughout both counties.

The ever-popular American Dream Home, a Pensacola Energy Natural Gas Advantage Elite Home, is located in East Pensacola Heights off Scenic Highway at 840 Van Kirk St. Its builder — Thomas Westerheim of Westerheim Properties — is pleased with the overall design and functionality of the floor plan.
