National Naval Aviation Museum Presented with Community Excellence Award

 December 15, 2016 –Pensacola, Fl—The National Naval Aviation Museum was recently presented with the Community Excellence Award at the Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce.

The National Naval Aviation Museum has been ranked one of the Top 25 Museums in the country by TripAdvisor and Top 20 Museums in the USA by Yelp.

“The Community Excellence Award goes to a business that has found success in the eyes of its community,” said Jo Ann Slaydon, director of Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce.

The National Naval Aviation Museum is the world’s largest Naval Aviation museum and one of the most-visited museums in the state of Florida. Share the excitement of Naval Aviation’s rich history and see more than 150 beautifully restored aircraft representing Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard Aviation. Historic aircraft are displayed both inside the Museum’s nearly 350,000 square feet of exhibit space and outside on its 37-acre grounds.
