Naval Aviation Museum Foundation Announces Two New Key Hires

PENSACOLA, Fla. (October 12, 2021) — Load up your kids, friends and family and head to Pensacola Beach on Friday, Oct. 22, to enjoy a SPOOKtacular Beach-O-Ween celebration along the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk.

The 3rd annual Beach-o-Ween takes place from 4 to 8 p.m. on the boardwalk and is a sponsored by the Santa Rosa Island Authority, Visit Pensacola, the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk to showcase businesses and celebrate with trick-or-treating, decorated booths and games for all ages!

This family-friendly event is free to the public and costumes are encouraged! The event also includes face painting, arts and crafts activities, a Halloween bounce house, trick or treat candy, hotdogs and special guests!

So come out and enjoy the afternoon trick-or-treating on Pensacola Beach!

About the Santa Rosa Island Authority

Pensacola Beach is owned by Escambia County, Fla., and is under the direction of the Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA). The SRIA was created by the Florida legislature in 1947 under Chapter 24500. The SRIA does not receive tax support from the taxpayers of the county. It is fully funded from lease fees collected from business and residences on the beach. The Island Authority board is made up of six members; five are named by members of the Escambia County Board of Commissioners whose term is the same as the commissioner who appointed them. Registered voters on Pensacola Beach elect the sixth member. The elected member’s term is two years.
